From the first sketch, Afkar’s design is developed alongside our delivery, procurement and programme, and the architect remains engaged through every stage of execution. Every home is built exactly as it was conceived, with the attention and discretion of a fully bespoke service.
The villas of The City Collection, a Supply & Design trade name, were designed by Afkar Architects under the direction of Richard Mhanna and Walid Maalouli.

The City Collection: a rare series of architectural villas acquired globally. Exclusively designed by Afkar Architects and built by Supply & Design, the villas that are based in Dubai fall under The 971 Collection.

Every surface is chosen for how it ages as much as how it looks. Natural and 3D-textured travertine, Patagonia quartzite and Ceppo di Gré are paired with French oak joinery and brushed brass and gunmetal metalwork, each specified, procured and installed under our contract.
